the line adopt two stages , first stage perform the raw material melting , mixing fully , then enter the second stage to pelletize automatically .it will produce the high quality pellet .
The first stage adopt twin-screw extruder without mould , the purpose of first stage is to make the raw material melting and mixing fully , the second stage adopt single screw extruder to pelletize , via this 2 stages processing , this line can produce the high quality pellet .
production flowing line : force feeding system-first extruding-second pelletizing-mould-water ring cooling-cutting-dewater-air drying system-storage.
